the typical “non-camper” to the outdoor lifestyle without a large
investment– and equipped with all the comforts of home: ALL RENTALS
ARE FURNISHED WITH A MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, COFFEEMAKER,
TOASTER, DISHES, POTS, PANS AND UTENSILS. YOU SUPPLY THE LINENS &
PAPER PRODUCTS! All rentals are heated and air-conditioned. All
rentals (except cottages) are rented weekly only during the Summer
(June 26-September 4) Saturday to Saturday only! |

 A-Frame (maximum 10 people) –
First-floor living room with sofa bed, bathroom (shower only), and fully equipped kitchen. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, each with double bed. The loft: 2 bedrooms, 1 with double, 1 with single.

 Country House (maximum 10 people) –
First-floor living room, bedroom with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. First-floor bath. Second floor: full bath, 2 bedrooms with doubles, 4th room also has a double.

YELLOW HOUSE (maximum 10 people) –
One floor. Bedroom with double bed; 2 rooms with 2 twin beds, living room with 2 sofa beds, 2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen.

 CHALET (maximum 8 people) –
First-floor bedroom with 2 sets of single bunks, fully equipped kitchen (stove top only - no oven), living room with queen futon, full bath. Second floor loft with 3 single mattresses. Spacious front porch.

805 LAKEFRONT PARK MODEL (maximum 8 people) –
One floor located beside the lake. Bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of single bunks, living room with sofa bed and electric fireplace, full bath with tub/shower, and fully equipped kitchen with stovetop only (no oven).

1102 PARK MODEL (maximum 6 people) –
One floor. Bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, family room that converts to bedroom with sofa bed, full bath, and fully equipped kitchen.

1103 PARK MODEL (maximum 6 people) –
One floor. Bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, family room with sofa bed, bathroom (shower only), and fully equipped kitchen.

1406 PARK MODEL (maximum 6 people) –
One floor. Air-conditioned. Bedroom with queen bed, living room with 2 queen sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Screened-in deck with great view.

 COTTAGE (maximum 6 people) –
One floor/room. Range, refrigerator, kitchen sink (cold water only). Set of double bunk beds and a set of single bunks. Small room with toilet (no shower); full restrooms located nearby. Campers must bring own cooking/eating utensils plus linens and towels.

Rental Policies:
- Reservations – Rental units must be reserved and paid for in advance. 50% of total amount is due at time of booking (payable via check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), with the remaining 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Early reservations are suggested, as the rentals book quickly.
- Security Deposit – In addition to the payment for your rental unit there is also a $100.00 CREDIT CARD ONLY Security Deposit that must be paid when you pick up your keys at check in. Upon departure, your security deposit will be returned to you, provided inspection of the unit is satisfactory. You are responsible for locking the doors before departure.
- Additional People – All rental rates cover a certain number of people under the Base Rate. If you have more people than the base amount you must pay a guest fee for each additional person, this includes infants. Due to fire safety regulations, you may not exceed the Maximum number of people allowed in the unit.
- Extra Adult - $6.00
- Extra Child - $3.00

No smoking in the rentals
- No pets of any kind permitted in any rentals
- Refunds are given with two-month notice
- A credit, good for one year, is given with a one month notice
- No refunds during Folk Festival Weekend
- Rental units must be reserved and paid in full in advance
- 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking; remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival
- Campers must supply their own linens, towels and paper products
